The renovations to this facility were designed to accommodate the merger of two seminaries into one building. Cardinal Glennon College and Kenrick Seminary were combined in the Cardinal Glennon building.
Renovations were made to bedrooms, toilets, lounges, offices and other ancillary areas. The work includes renovation of the chapel, a lounge, meeting rooms, classrooms and a major renovation of the auditorium.
A general upgrading of the 60 year old structure was included, including life safety improvements, asbestos removal and major electrical improvements..
