Morning Star Church is a new and rapidly growing congregation. They have nearly outgrown their temporary home and have begun the process of developing a new 25 acre site. Based on the rapid growth of their surrounding area and the church as well, it is projected that they will grow into a large regional church.

Stauder Architecture prepared a master plan for the long term development of the site. This plan includes a worship space for 2000,3000 seats, an administrative wing, 2-story children’s education and day care facility, a chapel for 250, a family life center with youth facilities and a fellowship/multi-purpose space that will serve as the worship center in phase one. All of these elements are connected by a large gathering area.

The design was based on the churches mission statement “reaching up, reaching in, reaching out”. It features a tall tower, a courtyard entrance space and expandable wings that reach out to the community.
