Holy Trinity Parish is in the growing area of Fairview Heights, Illinois. The former parishes of Our Lady of the Assumption and St. Albert the Great merged to form this new parish. The parish has an option on a new 23 acre tract of land to develop into their new home.

Stauder Architecture prepared a master plan for the upcoming move to the new site as well as long term growth. This plan is anchored by a church seating 1,000. A school to accommodate approximately 280 students is planned, with expansion capabilities to double in size. A gymnasium will serve the recreational needs of the parish and the community. A parish center will house a large multi-purpose space, meeting rooms, administrative offices and a youth center. All of these elements are connected by a large gathering area that is accessed through a large outdoor plaza..
